See where Dr.Grant falls over? That’s how we feel when we got word there are going to be more JP films.

Joe Johnston (Director of JP3) has revealed there is definitely going to be a JP4 and has confirmed it will be nothing like the first three.

And it’s going to be unlike anything you’ve seen. It breaks away from the first three — it’s essentially the beginning of the second ‘Jurassic Park’ trilogy. It’s going to be done in a completely different way.

The first film is still up there in regards to awesome cinema, even if two, and finally three were disappointing for fans.

Johnston has said he doesn’t plan on milking the series (what was going on with three then? >_< ) :

“”If they keep working — and if audiences keep going to them — there’s no reason why there wouldn’t be,” he said. “We just want to make them justified in their own right. We don’t want to make sequel after sequel just because there’s a market for it. We want to tell different, interesting stories. You don’t want to just sell hamburger.”

While he is the director of the upcoming Wolfman reboot (you’ll notice we didn’t tip it as one we wanted to watch) and the mostly disliked 3rd JP film, you can’t help but hold a little excitement with this news.

Lets just hope they don’t use the script with the mutant raptor super soldiers that was circling the web.

Fingers crossed its more like the post apocalyptic dino infested world of the other “leaked” script.
